　Great Icaros / Choujin Sentai Jetman (1991)

Great Icaros

The combination of the Jet Icaros and the Jet Garuda into a powerful robot, formed from the command "Fusion! Great Scram", and armed with Great Beam. It destroys monsters with its ultimate finishing attack is the Bird Maser. When the command "Fusion! Haken Scram" is given, it can reform into the Hyper Haken, which is armed with the Hyper Buster and its finishing attack is the Hyper G Attack. It was first used to destroy the monster Semimaru.

Jet Mecha for Great Icaros
Jet Hawk : Red Hawk's individual Jet Machine. It forms the frontal section of the Icaros Haken, the head and chest of the Jet Icaros, and the head and the center of the chest of the Great Icaros.
Jet Swan : White Swan's individual Jet Machine. It forms the left rudder of the Icaros Haken, the right leg of the Jet Icaros, and the right upper leg of the Great Icaros.
Jet Swallow : Blue Swallow's individual Jet Machine. It forms the left wing of the Icaros Haken, the left arm of the Jet Icaros and the Wing Shield, and the left upper arm of the Great Icaros.
Jet Owl : Yellow Owl's individual Jet Machine. It forms the right wing of the Icaros Haken, the right arm of the Jet Icaros, and the right upper arm of the Great Icaros.
Jet Condor : Black Condor's individual Jet Machine. It forms the right rudder of the Icaros Haken, the left leg of the Jet Icaros, and the left upper leg of the Great Icaros.

Jet Garuda / Choujin Sentai Jetman (1991)

Jet Garuda

Jetman's second robot that transforms from an airship called the Bird Garuda. Actually an alien space-ship built and manned by the three survivors of the Kingdom of Dimensia, one of the many dimensionnal planes conquered by Vyram. When the command "Transformation! Jet Garuda" is given, the cockpit of the Bird Garuda forms the head, the tailfins become the back, the rear intakes become the feet, and the forward engines are the shoulders (the forearms and lower legs slide back). It forms the headdress, body (with Jet Hawk as the center), forearms, and lower legs of the Great Icaros and attaches to the rear of the Icaros Haken to form the Hyper Haken. It is armed with the Dia Blizzard, Wing Slasher, GarudSearcher and the Garuda Burst. Its finishing attack is the Garuda Claw. It was made by Dimensia fighters, Ray, Kanna and Dan. It was destroyed in the final battle.

Jet Icaros / Choujin Sentai Jetman (1991)

Jet Icaros

A giant robot formed with all five Jet Machines (fighter planes) by the command "Fusion! Scram Wing". It destroys monsters using the Birdonic Sabre. Its other weapons are the Shot Puncher, Icaros Axe, Icaros Magna, Jet Lancer, Jet Dagger, and the Wing Shield. It can reform into the Icaros Haken when the command of "Fusion! Jet Scram" is given, and its ultimate attack is the Jet Phoenix.

　Super Five Robo / Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman (1990)

Super Five Robo

The combination of the Five Robo and the Star Five into a powerful robot. The two robots combine when the command "Fusion! Super Brother Joint!" is given. The Star Five's lower legs becomes the Super Five Robo's foot and lower legs, what increases the robo's size to roughly 1.4 times the Five Robo's size. The upper legs, along the back landing wheels forms the arms (despite the fact of his hands seems to be "real", closed hands in the series, and not the Star Five's four-segmented upper legs like in the toy). The Star Five's arms and body makes the body armor (with the Star Five's cabin as the chest) and the helmet. The Star Five's shield and gun components do not join in the formation. It is armed with the Jet Knuckles, Super Five Beam, and it destroys monsters with its ultimate finishing attack, the Super Vector Punch. It was first used to destroy the monster Bar-rugin. It was temporarily destroyed in episode 44 by the giant robot Big Garoan, but it returned at episode 47. It was the last standing force to destroy Vulgyre in the end.

Sky Alpha : It can transform to a tractor cab when the Five Trailer is being formed. It has Alpha Lasers as its weapons. It forms the head and body of the Five Robo.
Carrier Bet : It is armed with missiles. It forms the majority of the Five Trailer's trailer unit and the legs of the Five Robo (Five Black's half is the right, and Five Yellow's half, the left).
Land Gamma : It has Gamma Cannons as its weapons. It forms the tail end of the Five Trailer's trailer unit and the arms of the Five Robo (Five Blue's half is the right and Five Pink's half, the left).
Star Carrier : An airship that can transform to Star Five.

Star Five

Fiveman's second robot that transforms from an airship called the Star Carrier. When the command "Transformation! Star Round!" is given, the sides become the lower legs, with the landing wheels as the back. The rear of the underside forms the upper legs, the cockpit forms the shield, gun, and back, and the frontal underside becomes the arms. It destroys monsters with its main weapon, the Star-Gun. It forms the helmet, body, arms and lower legs of the Super Five Robo. This ship is built by Doctor Hoshikawa to use it when returning to Earth. It is stolen by Gunther but eventually given back to the Fivemen. It was heavily damaged in episode 44 when the giant robot Big Garoan defeated the Super Five Robo. It returned in episode 46 to battle the monster Rose / Dolgin.

It forms with Sky Alpha (piloted by Five Red), Carrier Beta (piloted by Five Black and Five Yellow) and Land Gamma (piloted by Five Blue and Five Pink) when the command "Fusion! Triple Joint!" is given. Its main weapon is the Super-Dimension-Sword and it destroys monsters with its finishing attack, the Super Five Crash. Its other weapons are the Five Cannons and the Twin Shotguns. It can also form the Five Trailer. It was badly damaged in episode 44 along with the Star Five when the giant robot Big Garoan defeated the Super Five Robo. It returned in episode 47 to fight Black Gorlin.

Super Turbo Robo / Kousoku Sentai Turboranger (1989)

Super Turbo Robo

The combination of Turbo Robo and the Turbo Rugger into a powerful robot. The two robots join together when the command "Super Shift! Super Turbo Robo" is given. The size of the Turbo Robo and the Turbo Rugger increase so much in the combination that it cannot walk though it can move its arms. It destroys monsters with its ultimate finishing attack, the Super Mirage Beam. It was first used to destroy the mighty Super Violent Demon Beast.

Turbo GT : A grand tourer driven by Red Turbo. It fires the GT Lasers. It is stored to the left of the Turbo Truck and the right of the Turbo Jeep. It forms the Turbo Robo's head, chest, and back. Its top speed is Mach 1.2. Its front wheels turn parallel to the chassis when the Turbo GT is flying. It appeared again in the Gaoranger vs Super Sentai.
Turbo Truck : A race truck driven by Black Turbo. It fires the Truck Cannon. It forms the Turbo Robo's body and upper legs and Turbo Shield and turbo cannon. It is stored to the left of the Turbo Wagon and the right of the Turbo GT. Its top speed is 980 kilometers per hour. After Turbo Robo's defeat in episode 28, its combination was broken down and was damaged badly as well by Zimba. Daichi also used it as a lure to make sure that the Rugger Fighter is completed in episode 29. It was repaired in episode 30.
Turbo Jeep : A sport utility vehicle driven by Blue Turbo. It fires the Jeep Gattlers. It is stored to the left of the Turbo GT. It forms the Turbo Robo's left foot. Its top speed is 850 kilometers per hour.
Turbo Buggy : A dune buggy driven by Yellow Turbo. It uses the Wire Grappler. It is to the right of the Turbo Wagon. It forms the Turbo Robo's right foot. Its top speed is 830 kilometers per hour.
Turbo Wagon : A station wagon driven by Pink Turbo. It fires the Wagon Missiles. It is stored to the left of the Turbo Buggy and the right of the Turbo Truck. It forms the Turbo Robo's lower legs. Its top speed is 620 kilometers per hour.
Turbo Rugger : The Turbo Rugger's head and chest forms the Super Turbo Robo's own head (with a special helmet) and chest, the legs become the arms, and the feet as the Super Turbo Robo's own.

Turbo Rugger / Kousoku Sentai Turboranger (1989)

Turbo Rugger

Turborangers' second robot that transforms from an airship called the Rugger Fighter. When the command "Transformation Shift! Turbo Rugger!" is given, the Rugger Fighter's cockpit forms the Turbo Rugger's back, the underside becomes the arms, and the sides become the legs, with the afterburners as the feet, the rest forms the chest, revealing the head. The Turbo Rugger's head and chest forms the Super Turbo Robo's own head (with a special helmet) and chest, the legs become the arms, and the feet as the Super Turbo Robo's own. It is armed with the rugby ball-like Battle Ball and the Big Rugger Guns. It destroys monsters with its finishing attack, the Screw Rugger Kick. It was first used to destroy an enlarged Jarmin in battle and was nearly destroyed by the mighty Super Violent Demon Beast.

Turbo Robo / Kousoku Sentai Turboranger (1989)

Turbo Robo

A giant robot formed from five automobiles by the command "Fusion Shift! Turbo Robo! Its main weapon is the High Speed Sword and it destroys monsters with its finishing attack, the Turbo Crash. Its other weapons are the Turbo Cannons, and the Turbo Shield and turbo punch. It was badly damaged by Zimba in episode 28 and it cause it to broken down the combinaiton of the mecha. It returned at episode 30 to help the buried Turbo Rugger.

Super Live Robo / Choujuu Sentai Liveman (1988)

Super Live Robo

The combination of the LiveRobo and the LiveBoxer into a powerful robot. The two robots combine when the command "Fusion! Super Live-Dimension!" is given. Its ultimate finishing attack to destroy monsters is the Super Big Burst. It was first used in episode 30 to destroy the giant robot Giga Volt.

Jet Falcon : Red Falcon's jet. It forms the head, back, waist and thigh of the LiveRobo. It is stored in the upper compartment of the Machine Buffalo. It has legs for touchdown.
Land Lion : Yellow Lion's mecha-lion. It forms the torso and arms of the LiveRobo and the Live Shield also the double cannons. It is stored in the lower compartment of the Machine Buffalo behind the Aqua Dolphin.
Aqua Dolphin : Blue Dolphin's submarine. It forms the legs of the LiveRobo. It is stored in lower compartment of the Machine Buffalo in front of the Land Lion. It has wheels for land travel.
Bison Liner : A trailer piloted by Black Bison; Red Falcon and Yellow Lion co-pilot at times. It forms the head, torso, arms, and left foot of the Live Boxer, and the left shoulder, helmet, waist shield, and feet of the Super LiveRobo.
Sai Fire : A missile truck piloted by Green Sai ; Blue Dolphin co-pilots at times. It forms the legs and right foot of the Live Boxer, and the forearms and right shoulder of the Super Live Robot.

　Live Boxer / Choujuu Sentai Liveman (1988)

Live Boxer

Liveman's second robot for Black Bison and Green Sai formed when the command "Fusion! Boxer-Dimension!" is given. It is called "Boxer" for boxing and kick-boxing attacks. It consists of the Bison Liner and the Sai Fire. Its special attack is the Piston Punch, and its finishing attack to destroy monsters is the Miracle Big Blow.

Bison Liner : A trailer piloted by Black Bison; Red Falcon and Yellow Lion co-pilot at times. It forms the head, torso, arms, and left foot of the Live Boxer, and the left shoulder, helmet, waist shield, and feet of the Super LiveRobo.
Sai Fire : A missile truck piloted by Green Sai ; Blue Dolphin co-pilots at times. It forms the legs and right foot of the Live Boxer, and the forearms and right shoulder of the Super Live Robot.
